A good bar has quite a few key ingredients; ambience, drinks, service, and Republic has all of them. Its been days, but I still think about their drink "Mission" that has the Macallan Sherry Oak in it, which comes out so floral and delicious whilst retaining the strength of a whisky. Special mention as well not only to the creative drinks created, but also the way the menu was presented. I tried to take a photo of it but again, you got to see it to understand the heart and design that went into it. Very interesting. I hope that menu is there to stay; cheers!”
